border: none !important; text-align: left !important;vertical-align: top;\">\n     <h4>(1) Fill in the form of notice of intended marriage;<\/h4>\n     <hr\/>\n\n     <h4>(2) Note:<\/h4>\n     <p>\u2022 The marrying parties need not be Hong Kong residents, the parties may be of any nationality.<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 The minimum age for getting married is 16 years of age.<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 If either party is under the age of 21 but above the age of 16, the consent in writing of the parents must be produced to the Registrar of Marriages upon giving of notice.<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 There is no kindred or affinity relationship between both parties.<\/p>\n     <hr\/>\n\n     <h4>(3) Documents needed:<\/h4>\n     <p>\u2022 Single: HKID card or passport and address proof of both parties<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 Divorced: HKID card or passport and address proof of both parties, together with divorce certificate or court order<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 Widowed: HKID card or passport and address proof of both parties, together with death certificate and previous marriage certificate<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 (If applicable: Household Register of residents in PRC)<\/p>\n     <hr\/>\n\n     <h4>(4) The parties shall sign a written declaration in the presence of our solicitor.<\/h4>\n     <hr\/>\n\n\n     <h4>(5) Time:<\/h4>\n     <p>\u2022 You should make an appointment for give a Notice of Intended Marriage at our firm 1 to 2 month before your planned date of marriage.<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 The notice has to be exhibited in the marriage registry for 15 clear days.<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 After 15 days, the marriage registry issue a Certificate of Registrar of Marriages.<\/p>\n     <p>\u2022 If a marriage does not take place within three months after the giving of the notice, the notice and all proceedings thereupon shall be void.<\/p>\n     <hr\/>\n\n\n     <h4>(6) Witness:<\/h4>\n     <p>\u2022 You should bring 2 persons aged 18 or above to act and sign as witnesses.<\/p>\n     <hr\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n     <h4>(7)\u8cbb\u7528\ufe30<\/h4>\n     <p>\u2022 Office hours at our firm: $1895, notice fee $305, total: $2200\n        \u2022 Non office hours for all venues: $3495, notice fee $305, total: $3800 up (surcharges may apply, please contact us for the up-to-date costs)<\/p>\n  <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n\n<tr><\/tr>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\">\r\n<table style=\"border: none !important;\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\r\n  <tbody>\r\n    <tr>\r\n      <td style=\"width: 33%;
